This is the online version of our in-person IKN Performance course. It is a 7 hour, heavily movement-based course to teach you how to harness the nervous system to improve speed, strength and power. You will learn to assess and integrate the sensory systems under higher load to improve movement in performance-based settings. Focus will be placed on building quality reflexive control of the midline through applied neuroscience strategies, build quality force sharing/generation capabilities through the upper & lower limbs, and offer ways to increase the interaction between these layers to improve our movement capacity.
