Hi, My name is Vagner Rocha I am a UFC Veteran and a 2x Abu Dhabi Veteran. Jorge and Pablo Popovitch were my instructors in Jiu Jiu Jiu. I began training over a decade ago.

Even though I might have been in a position of dominance for a second, my team was able to explode back and take the lead. of me.

Now I am sure most people would simply have accepted this and thought it was a good idea. “oh well, this is what’s supposed to happen…these guys are world champions and ADCC Champions…”

It didn’t work for me. I couldn’t accept it, and it consumed all my thoughts every day.

I needed to create a system I can control them and keep me in my places… This is when, as an experienced brown Belt, I began to play with the Kimura.

I loved the fact that the Kimura could be used to attach people’s arms to their bodies like a straight jacket, and to control their movement.

It didn’t matter how big, stronger or faster they were…

I was able …. slow down their motions

It was my obsession. Slowly, but surely, I was creating these systems or funnels as it is commonly known.
